After fifteen years of trading, in 1992, we embarked on a RM 23 million refurbishment which involved the remodelling of many critical areas, creation of new retail floor, improvemevt of customer comfort, facilities and services. Most importanly, the refurbishment appreciated the asset value of the Plaza and also reinforced its competitive edge.
